Playhouse Makeover

I’m not quite sure why some toy manufacturers make children's play houses in non-pleasing aesthetic colors. They may appeal to the children, but let’s be real those things are going in our yard. Here is a quick DIY to refresh the childhood Playhouse.

I have done this twice as on two separate occasions friends gave me their old playhouses as they were done with them. It’s amazing what some paint and spray paint can do. I give you the transformations.

Playhouse one made from wood so I used house paint to transform this one.

Playhouse two made from plastic, so I used spray paint on this one

Remember to put a tarp down before you start. Here are some supplies that you may need:

Tarp

Grey Spray Paint

White Spray Paint

Fade Resistant Fake Red Flowers

So there you have a very quick and easy DIY to turn that free playhouse that your neighbor or friend no longer want into something for you want to look at while your children play in their playhouse and make memories. I may have done that, and I certainly did this.
