So here is a life hack for you when it comes to something as simple as a water bottle. We all drink water and for me making sure that I have a bottle that will encourage me to drink more and it’s super convenient, has as been a game changer. Enter the Contigo auto seal cortland water bottle.

OK, so why is this better than any of the rest? Well, let me explain. Yes, it is plastic but BPA free so it's lightweight and it fits in all of my cupholders, dishwasher safe, has a great lid that for some reason makes me just drink more and the most important feature… the carabiner that is built into the lid.
OK, I have the Stanley (actually a ridiculous number of them), the cute tumblers from Starbucks, the have the Walla.... I mean, I tried them all but this one is what I keep going back to over and over.
I bought it years ago when we are about to travel to Europe. First stop... the airport. I simply clip this onto the side of my purse and it is so lightweight that it is not annoying and heavy and being that it’s clipped on, I’m hands-free to push my luggage. Then once I’m through security, I can just stop by the fountain and fill it up for my flight.

Once I was in Europe, there are so many places to refill the bottle. Especially in Italy where they have all of the fresh fountains all throughout the city of Rome to simply refill your bottle.

This bottle has been to the Bahamas. I can simply fill it up where we’re staying and take it with me to the beach.

I am definitely a fan of those little packets that you put into your water to make it into either a healthy green drink or just a lemonade. Typically I have them in a baggie in my luggage before I go anywhere on vacation as well as I keep these suckers in my car. I have this little baggie filled with lots of different kinds of drink mixes that I can easily pop into the top of this water bottle with it wide mouth under the lid.

Here is the link for the bottle. I know it’s a silly thing to want to talk about, but honestly finding this water bottle has been so helpful in so many ways. It’s convenient, super easy to clean, there’s no straw to deal with, I can just hook it onto my purse and it really is just the right size. This isn’t here for trend setting. This is here to tell you a tried and true way how this practical water bottle has saved me so much money as well as gotten me to drink so much more water. I might’ve been there and I do know this.
Xo,
Mama
